How to use windows 7 Snipping tool
to capture pictures without installing any programs.
In the search bar type snipping tool.
Now click on snipping tool listed under the found programs.
The screen turns a light color. Click the
first edge of the picture
and drag to the other edge of the
picture.
Next select file, save as.
Now simply name the file and were to save it.
