Thumbnail preview shows as Software icon instead of Picture preview.
Open a Windows Explorer window.
Click Tools on the Menu bar & then Click Folder Options.
Select View tab & Uncheck the option “Always show icons, never thumbnails” under ‘Advanced settings’.
